I am increasingly finding the trains a place of torment where we are shuffled into carriages like cattle, on the tube expected to stay underground without clean air for hours and lose our sense of humanity through our urge to be somewhere on time, lose our decency by squashing onto outer most part of the train that would actually be outside if u raised your head high enough for it to get stuck in the doors.. alternatively squashing into other people, (more squashed than battery chickens often). I thank god I found a way I can avoid the consumist and self important rush that exists underground and manage to (usually) breath on an averagely crowded slow moving overground train that lets me breath and watch the weather while I relax by the window... and if its cancelled just accept that I can work from home for today. though part of me wishes I cud cycle in. Or walk. I still count myself lucky..Annabawiyyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17796295982945381818noreply@blogger.com
